The game

Stepr is a step competition between friends. Only steps recorded by a device count. Steps typed into Health by hand are ignored. A league's commissioner can remove a player they believe is cheating, and that decision is theirs.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older. Keep your password to yourself. One person, one account.

Paying

Joining a league is free and so is hosting one. Everything sold is optional:

• League Pro: a one-time purchase that upgrades a single league.
• Host Pro (monthly or yearly): an auto-renewable subscription that makes every league you host Pro.
• Supply Drops: a one-time purchase of three supply drops for the walking journey. They are used up as they save or revive your walker.

In the iPhone app, payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A Host Pro subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID's subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays on until the paid period ends. Deleting your Stepr account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Upgrades are not refunded when a league is deleted. App Store purchases follow Apple's refund policy, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app alongside these terms.
